Homesfy Realty recently acquired EQServ, a Mumbai-based real estate brokerage specializing in facilitating the sale of residential properties to renowned developers in the city. EQServ has already sold almost 390 housing units and connected 330 customers.

Homesfy Realty entered the real estate market in 2011 with the mission of simplifying the property buying process, prioritizing security and reliability in transactions. Over a decade, the company has become self-sustainable and facilitated transactions worth Rs 1,650 crores on its platforms during the last fiscal year.
